Discussions this week on Pharrell's upcoming Vatican Jubilee concert, and Snoop Dogg's recent comments about the movie Lightyear – and how they are insensitive to the LGBTQ+. community. The conversation also dives into the ongoing drama surrounding YSL, including Gunna, Young Thug, streaming bots, and if it makes us look at Drake's lawsuit any different.

NOH 449 | "Imaginary players."

The New Old Heads episode 449 had discussions on Cardi B's new record paying homage to a Jay-Z classic, BabyChiefDoIt saying he writes his verses with ChatGPT, Benny and Freddie potentially squashing their beef, Lil Yachty's tasteless lines about George Floyd, and Ghostface only acknowledging two and a half Wu-Tang albums. 

The show featured new recurring guest DJ MetroGnome: Deckademics DJ & Production School owner, DJ of one of the longest running Hip Hop nights in the Midwest, DJ for over 25 years, and someone integral to the fabric of Indianapolis culture.

New Old Heads episode 448 this week had discussions on Freddie Gibbs explaining why he doesn't mess with Curren$y, if JID can be as big or bigger than J. Cole, if the XXL Freshman list and cypher is still needed, and then a long discussion on the hurdles and what we don't see in a cultural movement like the CHREECE festival (this exists on our Patreon).

The New Old Heads episode 447 had talks on DJ Quik being the producer people think Dr. Dre is, Anthony Fantano being targeted by Akademiks with the near decade old leaks of controversial videos, and also a discussion on Black Thought vs. Jay-Z based upon Will.i.am's comments.
